2. In short
num? does not process any personal data. The app has no internet permission and never connects to the internet, has no user accounts, shows no advertising, contains no analytics or tracking services and no in-app purchases. It requests no permission that you would have to grant. All codes, puzzles and the scoring of your guesses are computed entirely on your device.
3. Data on your device
Settings (theme, language, haptics, game mode), your progress (level, experience points, tasks, achievements, statistics, game history with the time of each round), a paused round and the tutorial state are stored only in the app's protected storage on your device. The app is excluded from Android device backup; this data is never transmitted to us or to third parties and is not stored in any cloud. You can delete it at any time in the app under "Settings → Delete progress", by uninstalling the app or by choosing "Apps → num? → Storage → Clear data" in the Android settings.
4. Links in the app
Under "Settings", num? links to this privacy policy, the legal notice and the support page. When you tap one of them, your device opens the page in your browser; only then does the provider of that page process data under its own terms. The app itself transmits nothing.
5. App store and operating system
The app is distributed through Google Play (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). During download, updates and, depending on your device settings, crash or performance reports, Google processes data under its own privacy policy. From this we receive at most aggregated statistics without personal reference (for example install counts or crash frequency).
6. Children
num? may also be played by children. The same applies to them as to everyone else: the app collects no personal data, asks for neither name, age nor contact details, builds no profiles and shows no advertising.
7. Your rights
Because we do not process personal data about you, we hold no data we could disclose or delete. Regardless of that, you have the rights under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection) and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please send requests to felixkohle.business@gmail.com.
8. Support requests
If you e-mail us, we process the data contained in your message (sender address, content, attachments) solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete it no later than twelve months after the request is closed unless a statutory retention duty applies.
9. Changes
This policy is updated when the app or the legal situation changes. The current version is available at this address and linked from the app's settings.
